Passing the Pulpit: Training National Pastors - Rudy Garrido

In this episode, Kale is joined by Pastor Rudy Garrido. Rudy has been the Pastor of La Biblia Dice in Bogota, Colombia for 26 years. This church was the first church planted years ago when missionary Paul Clark first arrived in Colombia. Rudy was the Colombian pastor that Paul discipled, trained, and ultimately replaced himself with to make him the pastor of the church. Rudy talks about that strategy of training national pastors in missionary church-planting, as well as his own personal experience with having the pulpit passed to himself.

He has planted a few churches in Hungary, and currently pastors a new church plant in Budapest that is going on its 3rd year of ministry. Marc has a wealth of knowledge about Hungarian culture and history, as well as Baptist missions history in Hungary. Marc shares about his calling to missions, and his story of moving to Hungary in the early 90's, right after the fall of communism.

From Tirana, to Albania, to Kosovo - Martin Dudumi
